  Bottom round roast 1 Pound (With Little Fat)
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Capers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Almost freeze the meat so that it will be easy to slice thin...
very, very thin.
Place a few slices on each guest's plate, and then garnish with the remaining ingredients.
This is a classic antipasto in Italy; it also makes a great summer dinner with a large salad and ample crusty bread.
