Jamacian Brown Stew Chicken

I first had Brown Stew chicken when this little Jamaican lady came around to my shop. She was selling lunch out of the back of a van. She had big aluminium pots with oxtail soup, fried whole red snapper, pulled pork, and best of all Brown Stew Chicken! I fell in love, and asked her What's in this? She said, chicken. I could see she wasn't giving up the recipe so I went to Google. I took the best elements from several recipes I found there, adapted them for the grill, and voila! There it is!

MAKING

8. Remove from heat when done.
