Pizza Carbonara

Ingredients
  Pizza crust 10 Ounce (All Ready, 1 Can)
For sauce
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For toppings
  Chopped green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bacon slices 1⁄2 Pound, crisply cooked, crumbled (8 To 10 Slices)
  Fresh mushrooms 6 , sliced
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce (2 Cups)
Directions

Heat oven to 425°F.
Lightly grease 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch pan.
Unroll dough and place in greased pan; starting at center, press out with hands.
Bake at 425°F. for 8 to 11 minutes or until entire crust is light golden brown.
Meanwhile, melt margarine in small saucepan over low heat.
Using wire whisk, stir in flour; cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk.
Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils, stirring constantly.
Add Parmesan cheese and hot pepper sauce; stir until cheese is melted.
Spread sauce mixture evenly over partially baked crust.
Top with green onions, bacon and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake an additional 9 to 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Let stand 3 minutes.
