  Cooked ham 150 Gram
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dried porcini mushroom 10 Gram
  Buttermilk 400 Milliliter
  Green peas 50 Gram
  Fontal cheese/Cheddar cheese 100 Gram
  Chicken powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Broth cube 1 (Vegetable Flavor)
  Chopped garlic 2 Tablespoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon

Directions

Season the chicken with chicken powder and ground pepper.

To prepare the sauce for the spaghetti, heat a non-stick frying pan with olive oil, saute the chopped garlic, add the chicken and cook for 2min, add ham and after 2min add the cream, half piece of broth cube, adjust into low fire and simmer until the broth cube has melt. Add the ground pepper, green peas, chopped mushroom, chopped parsley and simmer until green peas are cooked. Add the cheese and stir until melt. In the meantime bring to a boil a large quantity of water with 2 tsp. of salt and cook the pasta €œal dente€. Drain, add some scoop of cooking water of the pasta to the sauce if necessary. Mix the pasta within sauce for 2min over a slow heat and serve, top with some additional chopped parsley.

Got company coming over and wondering what to prepare to amaze your guest, then here is a must watch video series for you. The chef has divided the video in 2 parts – In this part she displays the ingredients you will need to prepare the main dish, along with some quick pointers to keep in mind. Watch part 2 to see how you can prepare the whole dish. All said, but it would have been great if the chef could have provided all details in one video.
