Have you ever tried this wonderful Caramel Licorice recipe. I often make it as a treat for myself. Try making the Caramel Licorice for yourself and you will understand why I am so addicted to it!
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Karo syrup||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Can (10 oz) (Eagle Brand)|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine and cook to 232Â°.
Add 1/2 tablespoon anise oil and black coloring.
Pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cool, cut and wrap.
