|Packed brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine the sugars, corn syrup, evaporated milk, cream and butter in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a full rolling boil.
Cook to 250 degrees on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the vanilla.
Pour into a greased 12x15 inch baking pan.
Let stand until cool.
Cut into pieces and wrap individually in waxed paper
