Caramel Peach Crisps
|Cling peach halves||16 Ounce|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat flake cereal||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Broken pecans||2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Set oven control at broil and/or 550Â°.
Place peach halves cut side up in ungreased baking pan, 8x 8x2 inches; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
Broil peaches 5 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or until light brown.
Mix remaining ingredients except ice cream; spoon onto peaches.
Broil about 1 minute longer or until mixture is bubbly and brown.
Serve with ice cream.
