2) Scald milk and then let it cool for 20 minutes.
3) In a saucepan, melt sugar and stir constantly until brown but ensure not to scorch.
4) In a mold, pour the mixture.
5) Whip egg and egg yolks with the remaining sugar.
6)Beat in vanilla with milk.
7) Take sugar lined mold, and pour the mixture in it.
8) Take another pan, fill with hot water, and place the mold over it.
9) Bake for 45 minutes.
10) Allow it to chill.
11) Take a rimmed serving platter, unmold, and serve.
