Caramel Rice

Ingredients
  Creamed rice/Rice pudding 15 Ounce
  Heavy cream 5⁄8 Cup (10 tbs), whipped
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Blanched flaked almonds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Blend rice and cream together and spread over a flameproof dish.
2) Garnish with nuts and sugar and grill in gently until the rice turns golden brown.

SERVING
3) Serve cold.
