Pecan and Cream Buttery Caramels - Part 2 - Caramel

This next step to make buttery caramels is to make the caramel. You will learn it in this video.
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add sugar, heavy crean, light corn syrup.
Stir it and bring to a boil.
When the candy thermometer reaches 225 F turn off the heat.
Now pour it over the toasted pecans.
Let it cool to room temperature.
