Coconut Caramel Balls

Ingredients
  Dry cake crumbs 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Coconut 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg white 1
Directions

Mix together crumbs, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla.
Shape into balls about one inch in diameter.
Beat egg white with 1 teaspoon water.
Dip each ball into egg white then into coconut.
Refrigerate to become a bit firmer.
