Caramels

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound
  White sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White corn syrup 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Boil up; then add 1 tin sweetened condensed milk slowly.
Boil to soft ball stage (234 degrees).
Add 1 cup nuts.
Cool overnight in a pan.
Cut with a sawing motion, and wrap in waxed paper.
