Cannoli is a Sicilian Pastry,made in a tube shaped made of fried pastry dough & stuffed with a sweet creamy filling.It is important to serve & eat cannoli once it is stuffed because if it is delayed it looses it's crunchy feel.
|Cannoli shells||100 Gram (Already Made)|
|Confectioner' s sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Jigger anisette/Sambuca||1 Small|
|Chocolate chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In bowl with mixer mix ricotta cheese, confectionery sugar, plain sugar and anisette. Mix by hand chocolate chips. Chill for 3 hours. Fill shells with cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
