Raw Delicious Hazelnut Candies

Today, Annmarie wanted to make some treats for the girls in the office. This raw food recipe for Hazelnut candies is from Solla!
Ingredients
  Hazelnut 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked, drained
  Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lucuma 1 Teaspoon (powder)
  Vanilla bean powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cardamom powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Stevia powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For rolling
  Coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
  Hazelnut meal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, put the soaked hazelnuts, coconut oil, water, lucuma powder, vanilla powder, cardamom, cinnamon, stevia and process till it forms a wet dough like consistency.
2. Take small portions of the dough and using clean hands roll them into small balls.
3. Roll the balls in either coconut or hazelnut meal or both.
4. Place them in a tray and freeze them for 30 minutes or chill them in the fridge for a few hours till they harden.

SERVING
5. In a serving plate, arrange these candies and serve them as dessert or a snack.

TIPS
It can also be rolled in cocoa powder if desired.
