Tangy White Candy

Ingredients
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine sour cream, sugar and butter in saucepan; cook until mixture reaches soft-ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Stir lightly; pour into greased pan.
Cool completely; cut into squares.
