Ingredients
  Dates 8 Ounce (225 Grams)
  Dried figs 1 Pound (450 Grams)
  Walnuts 1 Ounce, chopped (275 Grams)
  Seedless raisins 2 Ounce (50 Grams)
  Dried apricots 1 Pound (450 Grams)
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds/Unsweetened coconut 2 Teaspoon (Shredded)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Grease two 18-cm (7-inch) square shallow trays with butter.

MAKING
2 In a liquidiser, put all the ingredients except the orange rind, sesame seeds or coconut and mix well.
3 Press the mixture in to the prepared trays.
4 Cut into 2-5-cm (1-inch) squares.
5 Roll in orange rind, seasame seeds or coconut to coat well.

SERVING
6 Serve as desired.
