|Walnuts||1 Ounce, chopped (275 Grams)|
|Seedless raisins||2 Ounce (50 Grams)|
|Dried apricots||1 Pound (450 Grams)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Sesame seeds/Unsweetened coconut||2 Teaspoon (Shredded)|
1 Grease two 18-cm (7-inch) square shallow trays with butter.
2 In a liquidiser, put all the ingredients except the orange rind, sesame seeds or coconut and mix well.
3 Press the mixture in to the prepared trays.
4 Cut into 2-5-cm (1-inch) squares.
5 Roll in orange rind, seasame seeds or coconut to coat well.
6 Serve as desired.
