Chocolate Candy Pie

Ingredients
  Marshmallows 20
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk almond chocolate bar 8 Ounce (1 Bar)
  Heavy cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chocolate cookie crumb pie shell 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Purchased / Homemade)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium saucepan, pour in the milk and add the marshmallows
2. Combine well while mixing on a low heat. Stir occasionally to ensure that the marshmallows are melted
3. Add the broken chocolate bar and remove from heat
4. Mix well and then set aside to chill for 10 minutes
5. Whip one cup cream and softly fold it into the chocolate mix and then set aside to chill for at least three hours

SERVING
6. Serve chilled

TIP
Fill the pastry bag with a number-4 star tip with the cream and pipe rosettes around the pie just before serving. Sprinkle over with chocolate shavings.
