Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioner sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned sweetened condensed milk 1
  Bourbon 4 Teaspoon
  Pecans 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Semi sweet chocolate 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, leave the butter to soften at room temperature
2) Mix the butter, sugar, condensed milk and bourbon
3) Using the electric mixer, beat the mixture till smooth
4) Add in the pecans and then mix well
5) Using the hands, shape into 1 inch balls
6) Place the balls on a wax lined cookie sheet
7) Place the tray in the refrigerator to chill
8) On top of the double boiler, melt the chocolate and the paraffin
9) Dip each ball into the chocolate mixture to coat and place back on the tray
10) Refrigerate again to firm and set

SERVING
11) Serve chilled
