Butter Scotch candy

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix sugar, butter and water. Bring it to a boil without stirring till it is brittle when tested in cold water.
2) Transfer the candy onto buttered plates to cool. When the candy is cool enough, cut into desirable pieces.

SERVING
3) You may serve when the candy is completely cold.

Havn't tried it yet. It looks good but a little too easy, maybe I'm just being paranoid.

I also think that this should only be eaten once in a while because of the suger content. How well does it freesze - V
