Rocky Road Candy

Ingredients
  Milk chocolate blocks 10 Ounce
  Miniature marshmallows 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

In double boiler, melt broken chocolate squares over 1-inch simmering water, stirring constantly.
In microwave, melt chocolate on medium 1 1/2-2 1/2 minutes, testing frequently for softness; stir to melt lumps.
Remove from heat.
Chocolate should not be too hot (100°-120° F).
Stir in marshmallows and walnuts.
Pour into buttered 9 by 5-inch metal loaf pan.
Chill until firm.
Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes for easy removal.
Turn over to loosen whole slab of candy.
Cut into squares.
