Rocky Road Candy
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chocolate pieces||6 Ounce (semi-sweet)|
|Marshmallows||4 Cup (64 tbs) (miniature)|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
In large mixing bowl, combine butter and chocolate pieces.
Cook uncovered, 1 minute or until chocolate is soft.
Stir to combine butter and chocolate.
Stir in marshmallows and nuts until coated with chocolate.
Spoon onto wax paper or into greased shallow baking pan.
Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
