Rocky Road Candy Using Nuts And Coconut

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Half and half 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Miniature marshmallows 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Shredded coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine chocolate chips and half-and-half in medium bowl.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until chocolate chips are melted, 1 to 3 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
Stir in vanilla and remaining ingredients until coated.
Press into greased square baking dish, 8 x 8 inches.
Chill.
Cut into squares.
