Pineapple Snow

Ingredients
  Envelope of unflavored gelatine 1
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (unsweetened)
  Egg white 2
Directions

1. Combine gelatin, sugar, and salt in saucepan. Add water. Place over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in pineapple juice.
3. Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
4. Add egg whites and beat with electric beater until mixture begins to hold its shape.
5. Spoon into dessert dishes. Chill until firm.
