Chocolate Covered Cherries
|Chocolate chips||24 Ounce (2 Packages, 12 Ounce Each)|
|Paraffin||1⁄5 Pound, shaved into bits|
|Confectioners sugar||3 Pound|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Maraschino cherries||20 Ounce, drained (1 Or 2 Large Jars)|
Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler over hot water.
Keep warm over low heat.
Combine sugar, condensed milk, margarine, and vanilla in bowl, blend thoroughly.
Shape mixture around each cherry.
Place on toothpick, swirl in chocolate.
Place on wax paper to dry, removing toothpick
