Chocolate Crunch Candy

Ingredients
  Nonfat dry milk powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Liquid fructose 2 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Teaspoon
  Chow mein noodles 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Combine milk powder and cocoa in a food processor or blender.
Process or blend to a fine powder.
Stir in liquid fructose and water.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Slightly crush the chow mein noodles, and fold them into the chocolate mixture.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Cool to room temperature.
