Ingredients
  Egg whites 3 , beaten
  Granulated sugar replacement/Granulated fructose 2 Teaspoon
  Orange oil/Your favorite oil 2 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat sugar replacement, orange oil and rind into the stiff egg whites.
Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately.
