Chocolate Candy Frosting

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 16 Ounce, sifted (1 Package)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans/Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine butter, milk, and cocoa in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constancy.
Stir in sugar; return to a boil, stirring constantly.
Immediately remove from heat.
Add vanilla and pecans; stir constancy 3 to 5 minutes or until frosting begins to lose its gloss
