Dessert Recipe- Homemade Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

Dark chocolate 11 Ounce (1 bag)
Peppermint extract 1/2 Teaspoon , divided
White chocolate 11 Ounce (1 bag)
Candy canes 4 , crushed

Directions

MAKING:

In a bowl, microwave dark chocolate while stirring every 15 seconds until melted completely.

Add peppermint extract and stir well.

Pour over parchment lined baking tray and spread it.

Chill for 15 minutes or until it hardens.

In the same way, melt white chocolate and mix with peppermint extract.

Spread over dark chocolate and spread again.

Sprinkle crushed candy canes and chill for 45 minutes or until set.

Break into pieces as desired.
