Rocket Canapes

Ingredients
  Rocket 1 Bunch (100 gm) (Arugula)
  Watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Tabasco To Taste
  Lemon juice To Taste
  Minced garlic/One scallion, finely chopped 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sliced white bread 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Trim the ends from the rocket and wash the green in several changes of cold water.
Dry it gingerly with linen or paper towels.
Place the green on a chopping board and chop it fine.
This should yield about one cup.
Combine the chopped rocket with the watercress, mayonnaise, tabasco, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
Mix well.
Prepare rounds of the white bread by trimming the slices and cutting with a small biscuit cutter.
Spread the mixture on the bread rounds and chill until ready to serve.
