Ingredients
  Bread 6
  Pate de foie gras paste/Pate de foie gras de poulet 3 Tablespoon
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Parsley To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, add the cream and seasoning to the paste
2.Take a strainer, and rub through a fine sieve
3.On portions of fried bread, spread the mixture
4.Garnish with parsley

SERVING
5.Serve with a sauce of your choice
