Olive Canapes

Olive canapes are garlic flavored canapes prepared with pureed olives in olive oil. served atop crackers, the olive canapes are best served as appetizers with egg yolk and scallions as garnish. The olive canapes easy to prepare and quickly made in a hurry!
Ingredients
  Greek olives 1 Pound, pitted
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , mashed
  Dry mustard 1 Pinch
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed in a garlic press
  Pepper To Taste
  Egg yolks 1 , hard cooked and chopped (For Garnish)
  Scallions 1 , minced (Green Part, For Garnish)
Directions

Put olives and olive oil into a blender; puree.
Blend in remaining ingredients except yolks and scallions.
Serve on crackers, or mound in a dish and serve crackers separately.
Garnish with egg yolks and scallions.
