|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Hard cooked eggs||4 , mashed|
|Dry mustard||1 Pinch|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed in a garlic press|
|Egg yolks||1 , hard cooked and chopped (For Garnish)|
|Scallions||1 , minced (Green Part, For Garnish)|
Put olives and olive oil into a blender; puree.
Blend in remaining ingredients except yolks and scallions.
Serve on crackers, or mound in a dish and serve crackers separately.
Garnish with egg yolks and scallions.
