1 Pound, pitted
Hard cooked eggs
4 , mashed
1 Clove (5 gm), crushed in a garlic press
1 , hard cooked and chopped (For Garnish)
1 , minced (Green Part, For Garnish)
Put olives and olive oil into a blender; puree.
Blend in remaining ingredients except yolks and scallions.
Serve on crackers, or mound in a dish and serve crackers separately.
Garnish with egg yolks and scallions.
