Cheesy Crab Canapes
|Processed cheese spread||8 Ounce (One 8 Ounce Jar)|
|Canned crabmeat||6 Ounce, drained|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|English muffins||10 , halved|
Combine first 6 ingredients, blend well.
Spread about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture on each muffin half.
Cut each half into quarters.
Garnish quarters with pimiento strips, if desired.
Place on baking sheets, and broil 5 minutes or until crisp.
To freeze, place unbaked canapes on baking sheets, and place uncovered in freezer until frozen.
Remove from baking sheets, and store in an airtight container in freezer.
To serve, remove canapes from freezer; place on ungreased baking sheets.
Broil, unthawed, 5 to 7 minutes.
