Use turnover pastry dough only; put aside fruit filling and icing for other uses.
Saute chopped mushrooms, in butter until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt.
Stir in bread crumbs until butter and juices are absorbed.
Unroll pastry squares.
Spoon mushroom mixture in a strip in the center of each square.
Bring parallel edges of pastry together, overlapping slightly.
Cut each roll in 4 slices.
Place slices on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake at 400Â° F for 7 minutes or until nicely brown.
