Easy Does It Canapes
|Crisp crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Luncheon meat||2 (Cut In Quarters Or Squares)|
|Cheese/Generous pinches grated cheese||3 (Triangles)|
Place a piece of meat on each crisp cracker.
Top with cheese.
Garnish with any of the following: parsley, chives, crumbled bacon bits, sliced olives or pickles.
Place 10 at a time on a paper towel-lined plate, Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute on HIGH, or until cheese begins to melt.
Note: One piece of sliced luncheon meat makes 4 canapes.
