|Refrigerated butter flake rolls||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fantan Type Yeast Rolls)|
|Spaghetti sauce mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Pound (1 Pound)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Minced anchovy fillets||2 Teaspoon|
Divide each of 18 pieces of dough into 2 layers.
Place 36 thin biscuits on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 7 minutes at 375Â° F.
Do not remove from cookie sheet.
Meanwhile, combine sauce mix, tomatoes and garlic in a saucepan and simmer 20 minutes.
Place a tablespoon of spaghetti sauce on each biscuit, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with a pinch of minced anchovy.
Broil until bubbling.
Makes 36 canapes.(Flaky Refrigerator biscuits may be substituted and separated in the same way.
One package will make 24 thin biscuits.
Bake 8 minutes at 400Â° F.)
