Caviar Canapes

Ingredients
  Bread 4
  Caviar 1 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Green pepper strips 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the bread into 1/2 in. slices and then into oblongs 2 in. wide and 4 in. long.
Toast on one side only.
Spread one half of each oblong of bread on the untoasted side with finely minced onion and the other half with caviar.
A thin strip of green pepper may divide the two mixtures.
