Ingredients
  Shrimp 12
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Toast 6
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sour gherkins 4 Small
Directions

Chop the shrimp fine and add the lemon juice, tabasco sauce, pepper and salt.
Spread on the rounds of toast and garnish with the gherkins, cut in halves lengthwise.
