Classic Caviar Canapes
|Caviar||2 Ounce (Black / Red)|
|Egg||1 , hard boiled|
|Lime wedges/Lemon wedges||3|
|Chives/White onions||2 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
1. In a bowl chill caviar and add it to a small container, which should be placed at the center of platter.
2. Arrange sieved hard-boiled egg yolk, chopped hard-boiled egg white, and either chopped chives or onion in small containers.
3. Serve the Caviar canapes with Melba toast.
