Classic Caviar Canapes

Ingredients
  Caviar 2 Ounce (Black / Red)
  Egg 1 , hard boiled
  Melba toast 4
  Lime wedges/Lemon wedges 3
  Chives/White onions 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl chill caviar and add it to a small container, which should be placed at the center of platter.
2. Arrange sieved hard-boiled egg yolk, chopped hard-boiled egg white, and either chopped chives or onion in small containers.

SERVING
3. Serve the Caviar canapes with Melba toast.
