Cheese Crab Canapes

Ingredients
  Canned crabmeat 6 1⁄2 Ounce, flaked
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Lemon 1⁄2 , squeezed
  Parsley sprigs 3 , chopped
  White bread slice 6
  Parmesan cheese/Romano cheese-1/4 cup, grated 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Fine dry breadcrumbs 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Prepare a mixture of crabmeat, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, cayenne, lemon, and parsley.
2. Spread crab mixture atop bread slices after trimming the crusts and toasting it.
3. Prepare a mixture of cheese and crumbs and spread atop crab.
4. Cut each into 4 triangles and broil until mildly brown.

SERVING
5. Serve Cheese Crab Canapes hot with a salsa.
