Turkey Reuben Canapes
|Thin pumpernickel bread slices||3 Ounce, lightly toasted (Use Party Style, 8 Slices, 3/4 Ounce Per 2 Slices)|
|Russian dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Roast turkey breast slices||2 Ounce (Use Eight 1/4-Ounce Thin Slices)|
|Sauerkraut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), rinsed and drained|
|Thinly sliced swiss cheese||2 Ounce (Use Eight 1/4-Ounce Slices)|
On nonstick baking sheet arrange bread slices in a single layer; spread each with 3/4 teaspoon Russian dressing.
Top each with 1 slice turkey, then 1 1/2 teaspoons sauerkraut, and 1 slice cheese.
Broil until canapes are heated through and cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
