Roast turkey breast slices
2 Ounce (Use Eight 1/4-Ounce Thin Slices)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), rinsed and drained
Thinly sliced swiss cheese
2 Ounce (Use Eight 1/4-Ounce Slices)
On nonstick baking sheet arrange bread slices in a single layer; spread each with 3/4 teaspoon Russian dressing.
Top each with 1 slice turkey, then 1 1/2 teaspoons sauerkraut, and 1 slice cheese.
Broil until canapes are heated through and cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
