Sardine Canapes

Ingredients
  Crackers 8 Ounce
  Buttery crackers 8 Ounce (8 Round, 1 Ounce Each)
  Plum tomato 1 Large, sliced
  Plum tomato 1 Large, sliced crosswise into 8 slices
  Sardines 4 Ounce, canned
  Canned sardines in oil 2 Ounce, drained (8 Sardines, 1/4 Ounce Each)
  Red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced
  Thinly sliced red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon (Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Dill sprigs 1 Tablespoon
  Dill sprigs 1 , as required (For Garnish:)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a serving platter, arrange the crackers.
2) On each cracker, place 1 tomato slice, 1 sardine, 1/8 of the onion rings, and 1/2 teaspoon mustard.

SERVING
3) Serve the canapé by garnishing each with a dill sprig.
