Sardine Canapes

Ingredients
  Boneless sardines 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Tabasco sauce 2 Drop
  Toast 2
  Hard cooked egg/Sliced green olives 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) With a fork mash the sardines.
2) Mix the sardine mix with the seasoning and stir well.
3) Spread the mixture on toast rounds.

SERVING
4) Garnish with green olives or hard-cooked sliced eggs and serve.
