Hot Clam Rarebit Or Canapes

Ingredients
  Creamed cottage cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Powdered thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Bread slices/Toast slices 12
  Canned baby clams/Pacific oysters 5 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

MAKING
1)Chop the clams very finely. Mix with cream chees, cottage cheese, soy sauce, spices and salt.
2)To make canapes, cut bread slices or make toast slices into the flour.
3)Whole toast slices can also be used.
4)Coat clam-cheese mixture on bread pieces and broil for 3 to 5 minutes at 4 inch below heat until cheese bubbles.

SERVING
5)Serve warm.
