|Crabmeat||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a bowl, add eggs, salt and pepper and beat well.
2) In a fry pan, add butter to melt.
3) Add curry and combine thoroughly.
4) Add crabmeat and sauté for few minutes.
5) Pour in the beaten egg and scramble with the crabmeat.
6) Allow it to cool.
7) In a serving platter, arrange the canapé and place spoonful of mixture on top. Garnish with parsley, to serve.
