  Heavy cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Uncooked shelled shrimp 1 Pound, coarsely chopped
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Trout roe caviar 2 Ounce (California Caviar Company)
  Fresh dill 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

1 head Savoy Cabbage
1 cup chicken stock
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup white wine
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 pound shelled uncooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 ounces California Caviar Company Trout Roe
1 Tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
