Hot Crabmeat Canapes

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Ounce (25 g)
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, finely chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Small, cored, seeded and finely chopped
  Canned crabmeat 6 Ounce, flaked (117g, 1 can)
  Mature cheddar cheese 5 Ounce, grated (150 g)
  Tomato ketchup 4 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the onion and green pepper and fry until softened.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook gently, stirring, until the cheese has melted and the mixture is hot.
Spread onto savoury biscuits or small toast rounds or squares and serve hot.
