Canape Flower Pots

Ingredients
  Enriched bread 1 , use unsliced
  Canned crab meat 6 1⁄2 Ounce, flaked (1 Can / 1 Cup)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley sprigs 4
Directions

Cut bread in 1-inch slices: freeze.
Cut out circles from frozen slices with 1-inch round cutter.
Hollow out centers with scissors or paring knife, leaving bottom and sides about 1/4-inch thick.
Combine crab meat, celery, green pepper, and seasonings.
Add lemon juice and mayonnaise; mix well.
Chill.
Heap filling in '"'flowerpots." Garnish top of each with a small sprig of parsley.
