Ham And Cheese Canapes

Ingredients
  Ham 6 Ounce
  Onion 1 Ounce
  Prepared brown mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Enriched white bread slice 4 , toasted
  Grated cheddar cheese 4 Ounce
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put ham and onion through the grinder or food processor.
Stir in mustard and hot sauce.
Divide evenly into 4 portions and spread 1 portion on each slice of toast.
Top each with 1 ounce cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
Place on baking sheet; bake at 425°F.
for 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
Cut in quarters and serve.
