Ham And Cheese Canapes
|Prepared brown mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||1 Dash|
|Enriched white bread slice||4 , toasted|
|Grated cheddar cheese||4 Ounce|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Put ham and onion through the grinder or food processor.
Stir in mustard and hot sauce.
Divide evenly into 4 portions and spread 1 portion on each slice of toast.
Top each with 1 ounce cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
Place on baking sheet; bake at 425°F.
for 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
Cut in quarters and serve.
