Tuna Fish Canapes

Ingredients
  Canned tuna fish 7 Ounce (1 Can)
  Finely diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Onion juice 4 Drop (Fresh)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White bread slices 6 (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Creamed butter 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Green pepper 1
Directions

Drain tuna thoroughly, flake fine and combine with celery, lemon and onion juice and all but 2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Using a 2-inch biscuit cutter, cut 28 rounds from slices of bread.
Toast on both sides and spread each toast round with butter, then with 2 teaspoons of the tuna fish mixture.
Garnish with a dot of remaining mayonnaise, a dash of paprika and small cut-outs of green pepper.
