Tuna Fish Canapes
|Canned tuna fish||7 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Finely diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion juice||4 Drop (Fresh)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White bread slices||6 (1/4 Inch Thick)|
|Creamed butter||2 Tablespoon|
Drain tuna thoroughly, flake fine and combine with celery, lemon and onion juice and all but 2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise.
Using a 2-inch biscuit cutter, cut 28 rounds from slices of bread.
Toast on both sides and spread each toast round with butter, then with 2 teaspoons of the tuna fish mixture.
Garnish with a dot of remaining mayonnaise, a dash of paprika and small cut-outs of green pepper.
