Hot Crabmeat Canapes
|Soft butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 package)|
|Canned crabmeat||3 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Melba toast rounds/Crackers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place butter and cream cheese in medium-size bowl.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 1 minute to soften.
Using fork, shred crab-meat.
Combine with butter mixture and remaining ingredients except crackers.
Pile a teaspoon of crabmeat on melba rounds or similar crackers.
Arrange 8 squares on serving dish.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Microwave remaining canapes following same directions.
